Graphic Design & Brand Identity for Restaurants, Cafés, Bars and Hotels
We help hospitality businesses look as good as the experience they deliver, so guests notice, remember, and come back, and you can charge what your food, drink and service are actually worth.
Introduction
Great hospitality is about experience, the atmosphere, the service, the details guests remember. But if your branding doesn't match that experience, it undersells everything you've built. An outdated logo, an inconsistent menu, mismatched signage, or social content that doesn't reflect your venue's personality, these are the things that make guests hesitate before booking, ordering, or coming back.
At Onetouch Design Studios we create brand identities for restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels and venues that want their look to match their reputation, consistent from the door to the table to the till, and everywhere guests encounter you online.
What we offer
Your brand should feel like a natural extension of what happens in your venue, not something bolted on afterwards. Here's what that looks like in practice:
• A visual identity built around your venue's actual personality, whether that's a quiet neighbourhood café or a buzzing weekend bar
• The same look and feel wherever a guest encounters you, walking past the window, scanning the menu, ordering online, or following you on Instagram
• Design that gives you room to charge what you're worth, by looking like the standard you're setting
• Menu and collateral templates your team can update in-house, new specials, seasonal changes, without the whole thing drifting off-brand
• A single designer who knows your brand end to end, so you're never re-explaining yourself to someone new
• Files handed over in whatever format your printer, web developer or in-house team actually needs, with nothing left for you to convert or guess at
• A Brand Guidelines document that keeps things consistent whether you've got one site or five, and whoever's running the till that day

Our Process
-
Enquiry
Reach out through the form below or drop us an email, and we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days to set up a free consultation call.
-
Discovery Call
This is where we learn what makes your venue tick. The experience you're going for, who you're up against locally, and the gap between how your brand looks now and how your food, drink or service actually feels.
-
Strategy & Design Direction
From there, we shape a creative direction built around that personality, and bring it to life through mood boards for you to react to and choose from.
-
Design Development
With a direction locked in, we get into the details; logo suite, colour palette, typography, and the visual language that'll carry through everything else.
-
Presentation & Feedback
We bring the strongest concepts to life exactly where guests will see them; on a menu, a window, a takeaway box, so you're never judging a logo in isolation. Your feedback shapes the final refinements.
-
Rollout & Sign-Off
Once you give the go-ahead, everything rolls out, menus, signage, packaging, social, print, and you walk away with every finished asset plus a Brand Guidelines document to keep it consistent going forward.
Expected Timescales
Most hospitality branding projects run 4–8 weeks from kick-off to final delivery, depending on scope:
• Logo & core identity only: around 4–5 weeks
• Full identity with menu design and brand guidelines: around 6–7 weeks
• Complete rebrand across all touchpoints (signage, packaging, social, photography): around 7–8 weeks
Every project starts with a discovery call, so timelines are always confirmed against your specific scope before work begins.

FAQs
What kind of hospitality businesses do you work with? Restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels and venues; independents through to multi-site operators. If guests walk through a door and interact with your brand, we've likely got relevant experience.
Is Onetouch Design Studios only for Luton-based venues? We're based in Luton and work with clients locally in person, but the majority of our hospitality work is remote, clients across the UK, same process, same result.
What's the investment for a project like this? That comes down to scope. A logo-and-menu refresh sits at a different level to a full rebrand covering signage, packaging and photography; get in touch and we'll quote against what you actually need, not a generic package.
Menus specifically, is that something you handle? It's one of the most common briefs we get from hospitality clients. Physical menus, QR/digital formats, and ongoing seasonal or specials updates all fall under this.
Can you shoot photography for our food or venue as well? Yes, as an add-on to a branding project, food, drinks and interiors, shot to match the identity we've built rather than as a separate exercise.
We're not in a rush, how long would this realistically take? Timelines flex with scope, but expect somewhere in the 4–8 week range from your first call to final delivery, depending on how many touchpoints are involved.
We operate more than one site, does that change the approach? It shapes the guidelines more than the design itself. We build the brand system specifically so it holds up consistently across multiple locations and staff teams.
Our branding isn't broken, just tired, is a full project overkill? Not at all, refreshing what exists (colours, typography, a modernised logo) is just as valid a project as starting from zero, and usually quicker.
